I would say that my best artwork was the mask i made at the beginning of the semester, because it looks pretty cool and came out better than I expected it to. The artwork i would like to do is the ring i tried to make. I want to redo the ring because as you can see it broke before i was done with it. In this class i've learned that whenever im in art covid becomes a thing again and i need to wear a mask. One thing i wish i could have done is build a better sculpture using clay.

My artwork is a 3-d letter K. It is red on the parts that stretch outward, black on the top and sides, and orange in the middle. I made it using small paper cups, cardboard, glue, scissors, paper tape, colorful paper, some white paint stuff. My goals for this artwork was to make a good looking K and to cover up almost all of the white paint underneath the paper. My overall thoughts for this artwork is that it turned out pretty much how I expected it to, Its not the best but it still looks pretty good.
Here is my giant K it is only half way done right now. It still needs to be painted white then i can add any color or designs i want. When i am finished with it im hoping it will look somewhat as good as the ones on my post before this one.
For my final artwork, I wanna make a big K it will be painted and layered with transparent colored paper to make it look better. The
Here is my figure artwork it looks like a person using a walking stick of some sort and they see to be making a walking movement. To create this artwork I used a foam base, wire to make the body's frame, and some bunched up news paper to make the chest bigger. This artwork is expressing thr feeling of forging your own path. The goal for this artwork was to make it look good and to make it express some sort of feeling. Overall my thoughts on this artwork are that it turned out better than i thought it would and that this is one of my best so far.
Here is my clay sculpture, to make this i just used clay and glaze. The color I used was called Mosaic blue. Things I struggled with were the forming of the main part, trying to make sure all of the sides were even in height and so it wasn't to bumpy and rough. One thing that went well was the glazing part. It went on easily and came out in a nice glossy blue.
The person art who inspired me to make this is Henry Moore. I made this sculpture using wire, paper towels, and mod podge
This is may non-representational artwork it is made with floral foam and was carved out using tools. I used metallic paint with a rapid rust solution to give it the look it has now. It was created using floral foam, paint, rapid rust, tools, and my imagination. MY goal for this artwork was to make a original non-rep artwork without looking at other people ideas so it was truly original. My overall thoughts for this artwork are that it came out pretty much exactly how i wanted it to although i wish it hadn't cracked so much when i was making the holes, but i guess they just added some character to it.
